| It looks like amazon has a downloadable version available right now. The hardcover edition is still listed as pre-order. Glad to see you got your final copy Amit. That means it should be on its way to the rest of the world soon. |

The print version is available too--the publisher tells me that the book is shipping currently. Some people have actually received their copies already. I don't know why Amazon takes forever to synchronize information.
