Powerbook G4 Titanium 800mhz DVI

How do I change my open firmware output device from the Terminal application. I tried the command I would use if I were in Open Firmware at boot and I receive the following message.

nvram: Error (-1) getting variable - 'setenv'

I want my default output device to be the DVI output.

My output device tree is

/pci@fooooooo
/uni-north-agp@b
/ATY,XiaParent@10/
/ATY,Xia_A
/ATY,Xia_B

Please don't ask why I can't make the change in Open Firmware.

Thanks

Did you look up the man page of nvram?

I have figured out how to change my OF devices in Terminal but I need the entire open firmware device tree. The command is ls in OF. I can't find the command in Terminal.
